Project Summary
Pinch of Africa makes African food easy, fun, and flavorful without sacrificing all the time in the kitchen. We had the opportunity of creating a new website for the brand. Pinch of Africa is an exciting seasoning blend company that introduces traditional flavors of Africa to a wider global American taste palette. The owner had experienced successful catering events in the Northeast and needed to expand their reach to the rest of the U.S. The website was designed to immediately stimulate the viewer’s appetite which would then lead to the fast, easier purchases. We wanted the screen to feel like they were looking at a plate of hot, delicious well-seasoned African meats and dishes.

The launch proved to be successful and sold out during their first holiday sale (Valentine’s Day) We developed a custom website design by leveraging our development process.

Mockups were converted to hi-fidelity prototypes
Custom Shopify Design
Website was designed with Shopify and tailored to client’s needs
